Vegetable Oil

Vegetable Oil is a plant-derived oil made by extracting fat from seeds or plant parts such as:  

Soybeans, Sunflower seeds, corn (maize), rapessed (used to make canola oil). Its usually a clear, light-coloured liquid, has a neutral taste and smell, made mostly of unsaturated fats (especially polyunsaturated fats).
