Venison

Venison is the dark, lean and nutrient-dense meat derived from deer or other large game animals like elk, moose and reindeer. It has a slightly rich, herbaceous flavour, it is lower in fat and calories than beef, yet high in iron and protein, making it a sustainable red meat alternative.    

It's highly nutritious, providing high amounts of iron zinc, and vitamin B.
